Site visits and sales support
We are pleased to visit any customer to discuss any project however big or small. We have over 24 years experience in supplying bakery equipment to major instore bakeries, independent bakeries, industrial customers and food service outlets.
We can offer technical advice and operational advice. Stephen Steadman MD of Pentagram Equipment Ltd also owns a well established large bakery business so can offer experience and support and understands totally the importance of a supplier that delivers.

Our team can supply any technical drawing or layout to scale dimensions to help and assist your vision or concept or simply to ensure your potential new purchase will fit!
Delivery
We believe that wherever possible we use our own transport services of 3.5 ton curtain sided vehicles or 7.5 ton box vehicle with tail lift.
Our own experienced uniformed drivers and installation team or engineers ensure we are there when we say, at the agreed time and date to anywhere in the UK Mainland.
We install the equipment into your desired position and connect to your services and remove all packaging and materials.
We show you how the machines work and carry out full staff training.
We can agree to remove old items of equipment by separate negotiation.
We occasionally use a pallet distribution service for delivery of smaller items or some refrigeration equipment.
With refrigeration we can offer kerbside delivery only or options of positioning on site, connection to services and removal of old refrigeration.
Service Support
Our equipment is always supplied with peace of mind warranty. This includes parts and labour and covers for everything except normal wear and tear.
We have a dedicated service team and a network of approved contractors covering the entire Mainland UK.
We also supply a 24 hour number in the event of an emergency.
We can usually get an engineer to site quickly and our engineers are all qualified for electrical work and we also have corgi registered engineers. We also offer scheduled maintenance and maintenance contracts.
Spares
We have a large selection of spare parts for various machines including all machines we supply ourselves.
We offer discounts on spares and are significantly cheaper than going directly to the manufacturers.
